Hi I’m Kate.
I am a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience working alongside individuals. I provide a compassionate and reflective therapeutic space for people from all walks of life. We all face challenging times—whether it’s anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, disconnection from ourselves, grief, guilt, shame, or navigating life transitions.
In therapy, we gently explore the internal and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted. These patterns can be shaped by past experiences, trauma, and current stress. My intention is to help you shift these patterns and make space for more clarity, emotional balance, and self-trust. Together we can support healing what feels unresolved in your life, understand and shift patterns that no longer serve
you, foster a clear and kinder relationship with your inner world, and gently make meaningful changes.
Sessions are held in The Banksia Room, within a tranquil garden setting. My intention is to bring warmth, authenticity, humour, and humanity into therapy, creating a safe space for understanding, wholehearted growth, and meaningful change.
